"Singapore White Spaces Pilot Group (SWSPG) is also announcing six new members today, including:

At its Nov. 4 meeting, the FCC approved initial rules for unlicensed cognitive radio use of TV white space.  This enables the technology that Adaptrum has been developing.

Adaptrum Delivers WSD prototype to FCC for Testing -  12/07
